When I first walked in the server was super nice, she started up conversation with me like I was a regular, I like that. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful, each booth had a nice light and had 4 pictures of Thailand hanging. The Thai tea was very fresh, I could really taste the cream. The music was very authentic Thai, it had that twangy string instrument, I can't remember the name, but it's that instrument that you hear in almost every old Kung Fu movie. The chicken satay was great, thin strips on the skewer just like I like it. The satay was a little spicy, it was perfect, I couldn't put my finger on the spice, probably just Thai Chile. I asked for an extra serving of peanut sauce and the waitress politely did, so far so good at this place! The yellow curry was really good, it had just a few too many onions, but the taste made up for that problem. Overall I had a really nice Thai restaurant experience at Chai Thai Cuisine.
Side note, parking is out back, so park back there and walk around to the front door.
