The girl that greeted us and escorted us to our table was very smiley and nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the little starter salad, it had a delicious (little spicy) peanut sauce, the lettuce could have been a little colder, but it was a great way to start the meal. The restaurant had very high end decor, they must have spent a fortune decorating and the prices did not reflect it. They did something cool, they offered two choices from the lunch menu. I had lots of mixed feelings in this place, on one hand I really like the idea of mixing two tastes for the lunch menu, but on the other hand they didn't have any noodle dishes. All the sauces were delicious but the chicken seemed like it was precooked in large batches then all put in the individual dishes, none of the flavor penetrated the chicken. They didn't ask what spice level, but the level was perfect for me. The Tom Kha Gai was decent, i have had better. Overall if you can get out of a nice Thai place for lunch under 18 bucks for two people your doing good, and that's what happened for us.
