Is My Chicken Curry Edible?

Are you a restaurant owner? Are you a Thai food addict and cook at home? Is that enough rhetorical questions for you? I have eaten at hundreds of Thai Restaurants all over the world, and I've noticed something important when making a curry dish Thai style. Once the final product is ready to serve, pick out a piece of the chicken, don't put too much sauce on it, let it sit for a second. Eat said chicken piece and decide, don't lie to yourself, if that piece of chicken tasted a lot like the curry sauce is was sitting in. If the chicken doesn't taste like the curry, you have failed. As the internets would say... Epic Fail.
