Thai Food in Vancouver, BC

I had the good fortune of being able to stay in downtown Vancouver for 7 days in June. For those who don't understand the Pacific Northwest, it is the greatest place on earth during the summer months. Vancouver in particular is an amazing place, with clean streets, great food, fresh air and nice people; the best of everything. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency near the new conference center so most of the restaurants we visited were in that area. I tried Thai dishes at Cactus Club Cafe (insane ratio of beautiful women working as servers),  Joeys Bentall One, and Mahony & Sons. Of all three restaurants the Panang Curry at Joey's was the best. The others didn't have enough sauce and the taste wasn't all there. I ate at the The Cactus Club one other time and got a non-Thai dish and it was tasty, so I am guessing they are just off on their Thai game. I love Vancouver during the summer, I highly recommend a visit.
