Who's Who

My name is Jedd and I travel for work... its a lot more glamorous than it sounds.  One of the perks to my job is that I get to basically eat whatever I want.  Also, one of the downfalls of my job is that I get to eat whatever I want.  With that said I really enjoy one part of my job, it is eating at a new Thai food place wherever I go, and I go to some really obscure places in America.  I figured I would write my experiences down on this blog and coin myself the "Thai Food Aficionado" even though I don't know too much about the culinary arts.  I do love Thai culture and aspire to get there one day, hopefully this year, 2011.
